I’m Brianna White, founder of Luminous Consults and a SHRM Certified Professional with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Human Resource Management.

My experience spans business ownership, corporate human resources, employee leadership, recruiting, training, and day to day operations. Having worked both behind the scenes and directly alongside employees, I understand how strongly the employee experience can influence confidence, performance, retention, and the way people view an organization.

My professional background has given me a well rounded perspective on both people and operations. I bring a thoughtful, organized, and practical approach to my work, with a particular strength in identifying gaps, creating structure, and making workplace processes clearer and more consistent.
