Hi, I’m Brianna White.

I’m the founder of Luminous Consults. I’m also a SHRM Certified Professional and a small-business owner. I understand how much clearer systems matter when every person wears more than one hat.

My perspective comes from both sides of the workplace. I have owned a small business and worked in operations. I have supported frontline teams and studied the people systems behind stronger organizations. I have seen how quickly unclear expectations create repeated questions. They can also lead to inconsistent training and frustrated managers. New employees often feel the effects in their first impressions.

I founded Luminous Consults to help small businesses build the kind of onboarding structure that is often easier for large organizations to access. My work connects practical HR knowledge with the reality of busy owners and managers. It also supports trainers who need tools their teams will actually use.

When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my family. My husband and I moved from the Chicago area to Central Florida in 2020. We are raising our five children here. We also have two cats. I am still hoping a goldendoodle joins the family someday.
