Website content and the Confidential Onboarding Score are provided for general informational purposes. They are not legal advice or a compliance audit. They are not an employment-law opinion. They do not replace advice from a qualified professional familiar with your specific circumstances.

Services and proposals

Website descriptions are general and may change. Submitting a form or joining a list does not create a client relationship. Scheduling a Spark Session does not require either party to proceed. The same applies to preview requests and pilot applications. Paid work begins only after both parties approve the scope and price. Responsibilities and the applicable agreement must also be approved.

Luminous Preview

A preview is a limited watermarked demonstration created for evaluation. Unless purchased under the applicable agreement, it may not be copied or distributed. It may not be implemented or altered. It may not be shared or used in whole or in part.

Intellectual property

The Luminous Consults name and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The website design and written content are also protected. The same applies to graphics and demonstrations. Templates and other original materials are protected. No rights are transferred except through a written agreement.

Demonstration content

Ember & Oak Kitchen and related demonstration materials are fictional and are shown only to illustrate possible Luminous work. Demonstrations are not client testimonials. They do not promise specific results. They do not represent an actual business engagement.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the website or attempt unauthorized access. You may not submit unlawful or misleading information. You may not misuse forms or copy protected materials. You may not use the website in a way that harms Luminous or another person.

Third-party services

The website may link to or embed third-party services. Luminous does not control those services. Luminous is not responsible for their availability or content. Luminous is not responsible for their security or separate terms.

No guarantee

Luminous works to keep the website accurate and available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We do not guarantee particular business outcomes or employee retention. We do not guarantee compliance results or financial results.

These terms may be updated as the website and services develop. The effective date above identifies the current version.
